This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates food, service, and guest relations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as UPSERVE.</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards</li><li>Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations</li><li>Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy</li><li>Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential</li><li>Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly valued</li></ul>Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
