Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as UPSERVE.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly valued
