Mobile Plant FitterMaidstone£42,000 basic salaryVan with fuel card, overtime, pension, private healthcare OverviewWe are seeking a professional and experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team, covering the south east region including Kent, London, and surrounding counties, down towards Brighton. The role involves working on a range of plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, loaders, telehandlers, rollers, and more. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £17-£19, a company vehicle with fuel card, pension, private healthcare, and overtime paid at time and a half for a 42.5-hour week. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of plant machinery</li><li>Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs in a timely manner</li><li>Completing relevant paperwork and documentation accurately</li><li>Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times</li></ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Proven experience in working with plant machinery</li><li>Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship</li><li>Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems</li><li>Valid driving license</li></ul> Day-to-day <ul> <li>Travelling to different sites to carry out maintenance and repairs</li><li>Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients</li><li>Managing workload efficiently and prioritizing tasks as needed</li></ul> Benefits <ul> <li>Competitive hourly rate of £17-£19</li><li>Company vehicle and fuel card</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>Overtime paid at time and a half</li><li>Stable 42.5-hour working week</li></ul> If you have the required experience and skills for this role, we would love to hear from you.
