This position requires hands-on experience, technical precision, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork in delivering high-quality system integrations that meet Fescom Middle East&rsquo;s engineering standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform installation, wiring, termination, and configuration of all weak current (ELV) systems, including:</li><li>Fire Detection &amp; Alarm Systems (EN54/LPCB-compliant)</li><li>IP CCTV Systems</li><li>Access Control and Electronic Security Systems</li><li>Public Address &amp; Voice Alarm (PAVA) Systems</li><li>Structured Cabling &amp; Network Systems</li><li>Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning as per project documentation and standards.</li><li>Provide end-user training and on-site technical support during project handover.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are achieved.</li><li>Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Technology (or equivalent technical qualification).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in ELV / weak-current system installation and maintenance, preferably within the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of system wiring, signal testing, and device configuration.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus.</li><li>UAE driving license required.</li><li>Based in Abu Dhabi (or willing to relocate).</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Technically skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication with a customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Capable of reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation.</li><li>Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and safety-conscious mindset.</li><li>Willingness to work under project-based schedules and occasionally outside normal working hours when required.</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Fescom Middle East Technology, you will be part of a dynamic, multinational team backed by strong international and local partners. We are expanding our Abu Dhabi team to strengthen regional business development and support growth across key sectors.Role SummaryThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth, technical sales, and customer relationship management for weak current systems. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and secure projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the wider GCC.Key Responsibilities● Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and GCC markets.● Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, developers, consultants, contractors, and government entities.● Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and system design discussions with clients.● Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and compliance documents aligned with international standards.● Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility, accurate costing, and timely delivery.● Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets.● Maintain regular communication with international vendors and distributors (e.g., Honeywell, Kidde, Cisco, Motorola, Commscope, Tyco).● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector opportunities (oil &amp; gas, hospitality, industrial, power, infrastructure).● Represent Fescom Middle East at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.Required Qualifications &amp; Experience● Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.● 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in sales of weak current/ELV systems.● Strong technical knowledge of Fire Detection (EN54, NFPA), IP CCTV, Access Control, Electronic Security, PAVA, Structured Cabling, and Network Systems.● Proven sales track record in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or GCC.● Ability to prepare technical/commercial offers, BOQs, and compliance documentation.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in multicultural environments.● Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.● UAE driving license and residency in Abu Dhabi (or willingness to relocate).Preferred Qualifications● Experience with system integrators, MEP contractors, or multinational distributors.● Established contacts within government entities, real estate developers, consultants, hospitality, oil &amp; gas, and industrial sectors.● Technical certifications in fire alarm detection, IP CCTV, network, access control, or related weak current systems.● Hands-on experience with solutions from Cisco, HP Aruba, Honeywell, Bosch, Avigilon, Tyco/Johnson Controls, Legrand, Commscope.● Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2) or sales certifications.Employment Package● Competitive base salary + performance-based commission/bonus.● Health insurance and standard UAE employment benefits.● Continuous training and certification opportunities with global technology partners.● Career growth within a rapidly expanding regional company with a strong GCC presence.Why Join Fescom Middle East Technology?Join a dynamic, multinational team backed by strong international and local partners.
