Job title: Business Development ExecutiveReports to: Business Development ManagerJob geographic scope: United Arab EmiratesBase location: Abu DhabiJob Purpose: The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening market presence, and supporting subsidiaries in securing strategic partnerships. The role involves client-facing activities, market research, pipeline management, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business growth targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Opportunity Development<ul><li>Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company&rsquo;s BD strategic direction.</li><li>Support subsidiaries in exploring and unlocking potential revenue streams.</li></ul>Client Engagement &amp; Field Activities<ul><li>Conduct daily field visits with subsidiaries to meet prospective clients and partners.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and opportunity presentations.</li></ul>Market Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Perform market research, field surveys, and competitor analysis as required.</li><li>Prepare detailed visit reports and update the BD pipeline on a daily basis.</li></ul>Proposal &amp; Documentation Follow-Up<ul><li>Follow up with clients on proposals, quotations, required documents, and next steps.</li><li>Assist subsidiaries in preparing and delivering high-quality submissions.</li></ul>Relationship Building<ul><li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders across government, semi-government, and private sector entities.</li></ul>Performance Alignment &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with BD Management to set weekly targets and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.</li><li>Provide feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in BD initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to conduct field visits and represent the company professionally.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (if field visits are mandatory).</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working with government or semi-government clients.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
