Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. As a leader in the classroom, you will coordinate daily activities, implement educational programs, and foster positive behavior while ensuring each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity.Duties<ul><li>Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive environment tailored to toddlers&rsquo; developmental stages</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth</li><li>Supervise and support assistant teachers and caregivers to maintain high standards of care and education</li><li>Foster positive behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation, independence, and respect among children</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about each child's progress, needs, and milestones</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures and health guidelines</li><li>Organize engaging activities that support early childhood development in areas such as language skills, motor skills, and socialization</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, particularly with toddlers</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly valued</li><li>Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to create a nurturing yet structured environment</li><li>Experience in behavior management techniques suitable for young children</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with team members, parents, and community partners to support children's needs</li><li>Passion for caregiving, teaching, and making a positive impact on young lives</li></ul>Join us as a Lead Toddler Teacher where your dedication transforms early childhood experiences into joyful learning adventures!
