<div><b>About the Role</b></div>
<div>We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments throughout our treatment campus. You&rsquo;ll work across various settings&mdash;from medical units to patient living spaces&mdash;and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, motivated, and service-minded. <b>No experience required&mdash;we&rsquo;ll train you.</b></div>

<div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas using provided procedures and equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces and furnishings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Change bed linens and remove trash from patient rooms and facilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Replenish toiletries and paper products to support patient and staff comfort.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Move lightweight furniture to clean thoroughly behind and underneath.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify and report property damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Occasionally assist with housekeeping at nearby facilities as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attend required meetings and follow cleanliness standards and housekeeping metrics.</li></ul>

<div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attention to detail and strong time management</li></ul>
<ul><li>Physical stamina: able to bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Friendly, respectful attitude and good communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Pride in cleaning and a willingness to learn</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures</li></ul>
<ul><li>Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, <i>preferred</i></li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in a healthcare or residential facility, <i>preferred</i></li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with cleaning tools or equipment, <i>preferred</i></li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)</li></ul>
