About the Role
We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments throughout our treatment campus. You’ll work across various settings—from medical units to patient living spaces—and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, motivated, and service-minded. No experience required—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas using provided procedures and equipment.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces and furnishings.
  • Change bed linens and remove trash from patient rooms and facilities.
  • Replenish toiletries and paper products to support patient and staff comfort.
  • Move lightweight furniture to clean thoroughly behind and underneath.
  • Identify and report property damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
  • Occasionally assist with housekeeping at nearby facilities as needed.
  • Attend required meetings and follow cleanliness standards and housekeeping metrics.
What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable transportation
  • Attention to detail and strong time management
  • Physical stamina: able to bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs
  • Friendly, respectful attitude and good communication skills
  • Pride in cleaning and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare or residential facility, preferred
  • Familiarity with cleaning tools or equipment, preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)
