This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your cleaning expertise in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall well-being of our facilities.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting to maintain high standards of hygiene.</li><li>Handle specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring surfaces.</li><li>Conduct routine custodial maintenance across multiple areas including offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.</li><li>Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning agents efficiently and safely to ensure optimal results.</li><li>Maintain supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and requesting replenishments as needed to ensure continuous service without interruption.</li><li>Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment.</li><li>Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs or reporting larger issues to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Support industrial or specialized cleaning projects when required, including high dusting or deep-cleaning initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.</li><li>Document completed work and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (buffing, stripping, sealing) and general custodial practices.</li><li>Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably.</li><li>Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures and basic repair skills are a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Good communication skills for reporting issues or coordinating with team members.
