Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Provide skilled therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist</li><li>Deliver treatments in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines</li><li>Maintain compliance with all facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality requirements</li><li>Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li>Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and treatment updates</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers as appropriate to support functional improvement and safety</li><li>Ensure safe and effective treatment practices while monitoring patient response and engagement</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Valid New York Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license</li><li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program</li><li>Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Rehab Optima / Net Health preferred</li><li>New graduates are welcome to apply</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
