Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (Bronx, NY)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver treatments in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality requirements
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and treatment updates
• Educate patients and caregivers as appropriate to support functional improvement and safety
• Ensure safe and effective treatment practices while monitoring patient response and engagement

Qualifications

• Valid New York Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima / Net Health preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
