Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>
Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate technician routes</li><li>
Provide service updates, answer customer questions, and manage follow-up communication</li><li>
Enter accurate notes, appointment details, and updates into the system</li><li>
Maintain daily communication with field technicians to ensure on-time service delivery</li><li>
Support overall office operations during high-volume seasonal periods</li><li>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred</li><li>
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)</li><li>
Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven <b>Parts Procurement Specialist</b> to support our Easley office and assist with parts procurement, customer communication, and daily office operations.</div><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><ul><li>
Procure, distribute, and track HVAC parts and materials for the Easley service area, including maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, coordinating returns to approved vendors, and supporting the Anderson office as needed<br>
<ul><li>Communicate with customers regarding repairs that require parts coordination and provide timely, accurate updates</li><li>Answer inbound customer calls professionally, enter work orders for service calls and PSAs, direct calls to the appropriate coordinator, and schedule sales leads</li><li>Assist the sales team by managing customer communication and supporting lead scheduling for the Easley area</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment and provide in‑person customer service to walk‑in visitors</li><li>Support daily office operations, assisting the office manager and general manager with tasks, projects, and overall workflow efficiency</li><li>Ensure the office operates smoothly by contributing to strong communication, accurate documentation, and a positive customer experience</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Previous customer service or office coordination experience preferred<br>
<ul><li>Experience in HVAC, construction, dispatch, or parts procurement is a plus</li><li>Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn new software quickly</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>
