Parts Procurement Specialist

NOW HIRING: Parts Procurement Specialist
Location: Easley, SC

What You’ll Do:

• Procure, distribute, and track HVAC parts and materials for the Easley service area, including maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, coordinating returns to approved vendors, and supporting the Anderson office as needed
  
  • Communicate with customers regarding repairs that require parts coordination and provide timely, accurate updates
  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally, enter work orders for service calls and PSAs, direct calls to the appropriate coordinator, and schedule sales leads
  • Assist the sales team by managing customer communication and supporting lead scheduling for the Easley area
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment and provide in‑person customer service to walk‑in visitors
  • Support daily office operations, assisting the office manager and general manager with tasks, projects, and overall workflow efficiency
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly by contributing to strong communication, accurate documentation, and a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or office coordination experience preferred
  
  • Experience in HVAC, construction, dispatch, or parts procurement is a plus
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn new software quickly
