OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Freight Brokerage Supervisor to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring seamless transportation solutions for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage expertise in supply chain management, transportation planning, and sales within a fast-paced environment. The Freight Brokerage Supervisor will play a critical role in optimizing logistics operations while maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships.Duties<ul><li>Coordinate and manage freight shipments across various modes of transportation, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, shippers, and clients to facilitate smooth logistics operations.</li><li>Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers and clients to maximize profitability and service quality.</li><li>Utilize our Transportation Management System (TMS)-McLeod.</li><li>Manage account portfolios by providing exceptional customer relationship management (CRM) support and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teammates on logistics planning, dispatching, pricing strategies.</li><li>Maintain accurate data entry for shipment details, carrier information, pricing agreements, and contract documentation.</li><li>Support logistics sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities within the current customer base.</li><li>Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation management systems (TMS), and logistics operations.</li><li>Proven experience in, inside sales, freight brokerage, or logistics sales role</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to develop mutually beneficial contracts with carriers and clients.</li><li>Familiarity with transportation planning, and dispatching.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of DOT, HOS, and FMCSA regulations.</li><li>Strong communication skills for account management, and negotiation processes.</li><li>This position is ideal for candidates passionate about logistics who thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strategic thinking and excellent relationship management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Prescription drug insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Freight brokerage: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Brokerage-Logistics Assistant Position.Position Overview: The Brokerage-Logistics Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Brokerage Operation and it continued growth by providing superior customer service to internal as well as external customers.Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions): <ul><li>Monitoring and tracing of shipments daily via email and phone.</li><li>Updating various TMS systems to accurately reflect status of orders in the Brokerage.</li><li>Scheduling pick up &amp; delivery appointments with customers and carriers.</li><li>Assist in the vetting of outside carriers to ensure they meet criteria to handle a load for the brokerage.</li><li>Assisting in the booking of trucks to meet the capacity needs of the brokerage.</li><li>Receive calls from carriers regarding outside carrier issues and calls looking to book loads for the Brokerage.</li><li>Communicating transit ETA&rsquo;s with customers and/or vendors.</li><li>Assist in setting Brokerage schedule.</li></ul>Qualifications/Requirements: <ul><li>Associate Degree Preferred, a High School Diploma or Equivalent required.</li><li>Previous administration experience a plus.</li><li>Working knowledge of the trucking industry preferred.</li><li>Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented.</li><li>Possess excellent telephone skills.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:The physical requirements/demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Brokerage-Logistics Assistant.<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.</li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.</li><li>Manual dexterity for keyboarding and other manual tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
