Servico Freight Services is seeking a motivated and experienced executive with strong expertise in Pakistani Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding operations. Established in 1953, it is a leader in Personal Effects shipment and International Freight Forwarding of commercial cargo.The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end clearance processes and coordinate international and domestic freight movements while ensuring full regulatory compliance.Preferrable if the candidate has experience in Household Goods/ Personal Effects shipments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle import and export customs clearance in accordance with Pakistan Customs rules and procedures</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (GD, BL, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with Customs , shipping lines, foreign partner agents and transporters</li><li>Manage freight forwarding operations for air, sea and road shipments</li><li>Ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments</li><li>Resolve customs or shipment-related issues efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports for all shipments</li><li>Liaise with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and clearance updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in Pakistani Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding</li><li>Strong understanding of Pakistan Customs systems and regulations (WeBOC, PSW, GD Filing)</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>9:15AM to 5PM Office Timings.</li><li>Professional working environment</li><li>Growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>1 - How many years of experience do you have in GD filing? </li><li>2- How many years of experience do you have dealing with Customs? </li><li>3 - How many years of experience do you have in dealing with international agents?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
