Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding Executive

Servico Freight Services is seeking a motivated and experienced executive with strong expertise in Pakistani Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding operations.
Established in 1953, it is a leader in Personal Effects shipment and International Freight Forwarding of commercial cargo.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end clearance processes and coordinate international and domestic freight movements while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Preferrable if the candidate has experience in Household Goods/ Personal Effects shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export customs clearance in accordance with Pakistan Customs rules and procedures
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (GD, BL, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with Customs , shipping lines, foreign partner agents and transporters
• Manage freight forwarding operations for air, sea and road shipments
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
• Resolve customs or shipment-related issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports for all shipments
• Liaise with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and clearance updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Pakistani Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding
• Strong understanding of Pakistan Customs systems and regulations (WeBOC, PSW, GD Filing)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
