We are Hiring!!!!!!!!Admission CounselorKey Responsibilities-Student Counselling:<ul><li>Student Counselling:</li><li>Provide accurate and up-to-date information about programs, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.</li></ul>Admissions Process:<ul><li>Handle walk-in, phone, online, and referral inquiries.</li><li>Assist students with application form filling, document submission, and scholarship information.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up with potential leads to maximize conversion.</li></ul>Target Achievement:<ul><li>Meet or exceed monthly admission targets as assigned.</li><li>Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM/admissions software.</li></ul>Relationship Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain a good rapport with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.</li><li>Represent the institution in school visits, education fairs, and promotional events.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain complete and updated records of student inquiries and admissions.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead status and admissions performance.</li></ul>Marketing Support (Optional):<ul><li>Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, advertisements, and outreach programs.</li><li>Contribute ideas for social media or content to attract potential students.</li><li>Counsel students (and parents, if needed) via phone, email, video calls, or in-person meetings.</li><li>Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs or courses.</li></ul>Required Skills-<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred: in education, business, hospitality, or counseling).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or sales.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional language.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>Desirable Attributes:<ul><li>Empathetic, student-centered approach.</li><li>Knowledge of educational courses (hospitality, vocational, or higher education).</li><li>Prior experience in an academic or training institution is a plus.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li></ul>https://servoihm.com/Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>NA: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
