We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and eager to be involved in both digital content creation and on-site brand activations. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting day-to-day marketing activities and executing tasks as needed across different projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and support content for social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of on-site activations, events, and brand experiences around NYC.</li><li>Help manage content schedules and day-to-day marketing tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, creators, and external partners when needed.</li><li>Support campaign launches, promotions, and special projects.</li><li>Be on-site during events and activations, helping with setup, coordination, and follow-up.</li><li>Support the marketing team with whatever comes up &mdash; this role is all about adaptability and teamwork.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (internships count).</li><li>Someone proactive, organized, and not afraid to get their hands dirty.</li><li>Strong interest in content creation and brand building.</li><li>Comfortable working on-site and being part of in-person activations.</li><li>Good communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to move fast, prioritize, and adapt in a startup environment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with events, activations, or experiential marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta platforms, Google Drive, or similar.</li><li>Interest in social trends, content formats, and digital culture.</li><li>Experience working in startups or fast-growing teams.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).</li></ul>Paxxy &mdash; Your new way to go.
