Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and eager to be involved in both digital content creation and on-site brand activations. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting day-to-day marketing activities and executing tasks as needed across different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and support content for social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of on-site activations, events, and brand experiences around NYC.
• Help manage content schedules and day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Coordinate with designers, creators, and external partners when needed.
• Support campaign launches, promotions, and special projects.
• Be on-site during events and activations, helping with setup, coordination, and follow-up.
• Support the marketing team with whatever comes up — this role is all about adaptability and teamwork.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (internships count).
• Someone proactive, organized, and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Strong interest in content creation and brand building.
• Comfortable working on-site and being part of in-person activations.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to move fast, prioritize, and adapt in a startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with events, activations, or experiential marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta platforms, Google Drive, or similar.
• Interest in social trends, content formats, and digital culture.
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
