Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives</li><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes</li><li>Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions</li><li>Implement and manage performance management and appraisal systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination</li><li>Develop and implement training and development programs</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives</li><li>Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>5&ndash;8+ years of experience in HR or people management</li><li>2&ndash;4+ years of leadership or managerial experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office</li></ul>Pay: QAR32,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
