Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and support all aspects of our HR operations with a strong emphasis on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a current SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and possess a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in employee relations and resolution management. 
The HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment by supporting employees and leadership with sound HR practices, strategic guidance, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement planning, and grievance handling.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company HR policies.</li>
<li>Partner with management to provide coaching, guidance, and training on employee relations, performance management, and organizational best practices.</li>
<li>Lead investigations into employee concerns and complaints, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate resolution.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals.</li>
<li>Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop proactive strategies for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.</li>
<li>Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR actions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to support organizational change initiatives and talent management strategies.</li>
<li>Lead training initiatives related to workplace behavior, leadership development, and HR compliance.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:

Required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (must be current and in good standing).</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.</li></ul> 


Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience in a small to mid-size organizational setting.</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.</li></ul> 


Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>This role typically operates in a professional office environment.</li>
<li>Occasional travel may be required for training or multi-site support.</li></ul> 


Compensation and Benefits:

Settle Down ABA Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, this package is based off a number of factors based in level of certifications, experience and qualifications.
