If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about storytelling through digital channels, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community relationships.</li><li>Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports for continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging strategies and enhance brand positioning through media outreach and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Manage scheduling and posting through social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application), ensuring consistent content delivery.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve organic search rankings.</li><li>Collaborate with e-commerce teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive online sales and customer engagement.</li><li>Support branding initiatives by maintaining visual consistency across all digital assets while ensuring compelling storytelling that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Proactively engage in cold-calling, direct sales efforts, upselling and other traditional forms of sales strategies to complement the digital efforts.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using Hootsuite or Buffer (application).</li><li>Knowledge of social listening tools for monitoring brand sentiment and industry trends.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content optimization strategies.</li><li>Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content for diverse channels.</li><li>Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Prior experience working within e-commerce environments or managing digital marketing initiatives for retail brands is a plus.
