Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community relationships.
- Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging strategies and enhance brand positioning through media outreach and influencer collaborations.
- Manage scheduling and posting through social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application), ensuring consistent content delivery.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Support branding initiatives by maintaining visual consistency across all digital assets while ensuring compelling storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
- Proactively engage in cold-calling, direct sales efforts, upselling and other traditional forms of sales strategies to complement the digital efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
- Knowledge of social listening tools for monitoring brand sentiment and industry trends.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content optimization strategies.
- Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content for diverse channels.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Prior experience working within e-commerce environments or managing digital marketing initiatives for retail brands is a plus. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
