This is a leveling-up environment: continued education, sharpening your skills, and actively getting better is a must-do for everyone on the team.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re hiring a Jr. Social Media Coordinator who is hungry to learn, ready to create, and obsessed with performance &mdash; both on the screen and under the hood.In this role, you&rsquo;ll execute high-volume, high-quality organic social content that supports both the Sexton &amp; Co. brand and our clients. You&rsquo;ll work inside a pod alongside Account Managers, Media Buyers, and Editors to keep feeds active, on-brand, and growing.This is a fast-paced, entry-level role with a clear growth track. You won&rsquo;t be running paid ads yet, but your work will directly drive reach, awareness, and lead generation for performance-focused brands.If you love content, move fast, and get excited about cars, trucks, bikes, boats, and all things horsepower, this is your starting grid.What You&rsquo;ll Own (Outcomes, Not Just Tasks)You will be directly responsible for:<ul><li>Daily Content Volume &amp; Consistency</li><li>Hitting high daily posting volume across platforms without sacrificing quality</li><li>Keeping assigned accounts active and on-brand every single day</li><li>Reach &amp; Engagement Support</li><li>Driving 10K&ndash;15K+ daily reach across accounts through consistent, strategic publishing</li><li>Supporting top-of-funnel attention, awareness, and community growth</li><li>Content Pipeline &amp; Readiness</li><li>Maintaining a steady pipeline of ready-to-post content so the team is never scrambling</li><li>Ensuring assigned content is ready 7+ days in advance</li><li>Execution Support for the Senior SMC &amp; Pod</li><li>Helping with scheduling, prep, and organization across accounts</li><li>Making it easier for the Senior Social Media Coordinator and Account Managers to focus on strategy and optimization</li></ul>Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Publishing<ul><li>Create and publish 15+ organic posts per day across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms (mix of graphics, photos, short-form video, carousels, etc.)</li><li>Write clean, clear, engaging captions tailored to each brand&rsquo;s voice and audience</li><li>Post stories daily for each assigned client and the Sexton &amp; Co. brand</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Pipeline Management<ul><li>Use tools like Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio (and others as needed) to schedule posts ahead of time</li><li>Maintain a minimum 7-day buffer of approved, ready-to-post content for assigned accounts</li><li>Keep content, assets, and drafts organized so the team always knows what&rsquo;s going out next</li></ul>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track basic performance metrics (reach, impressions, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks) for assigned posts</li><li>Report weekly on what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and content ideas we should test next</li><li>Bring simple, data-backed observations to your Senior SMC and Account Manager</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Support<ul><li>Work closely with the Senior Social Media Coordinator to execute the content plan for Sexton &amp; Co. and client accounts</li><li>Support Account Managers by ensuring content is ready for key campaigns, launches, and promotions</li><li>Participate in internal meetings, content reviews, and planning sessions as needed</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Skill Development<ul><li>Complete required onboarding materials, reading, and skills reviews</li><li>Actively participate in coaching sessions, feedback loops, and monthly planning</li><li>Take responsibility for your own learning &mdash; new features, trends, formats, and platform updates</li></ul>What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)You&rsquo;re winning in this role if:<ul><li>You consistently publish 15+ organic posts per day across assigned accounts</li><li>Stories go out daily on all assigned accounts (clients + Sexton &amp; Co.)</li><li>Your accounts routinely hit 10K&ndash;15K+ daily reach across platforms</li><li>100% of assigned content is ready to go at least 7 days in advance</li><li>At least 95% of your tasks are delivered on time</li><li>You participate fully in onboarding, reading, skills reviews, and coaching sessions</li><li>Your Senior SMC and Account Manager can rely on you without chasing you</li></ul>You&rsquo;re not just &ldquo;busy&rdquo; Social Media Coordinator (Sr.) &rarr; Social Media Manager</li></ul>What You BringMust-Haves<ul><li>6&ndash;18 months of experience with social content creation (internships and freelance work count)</li><li>Comfortable using Canva (or similar tools) to create basic graphics, carousels, and simple visuals</li><li>Able to write clean, clear, engaging captions without needing heavy editing</li><li>Consistent, reliable, and fast &mdash;
