Paying £100,000 base + 22% Pension + 44 Days Holiday + Hybrid Working + Career Development + £300 Wellness Allowance. This is a hybrid role and will be needed 2 days a week on site. The Person: Proven track record in designing and implementing successful digital transformation strategies. Experienced IT leader who combines board-level vision with practical, hands-on delivery. Ability to take a "helicopter approach" understanding the full technology ecosystem while driving detail where needed. Strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - ideally within the public, housing, or not-for-profit sectors. Collaborative and values-driven, with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Strategic thinker who is also operationally astute and delivery-focused.

IT Security Analyst with experience monitoring and analysing security threats is sought by a high growth scale up based South Birmingham. Working at the forefront of national security innovation this IT Security Analyst will work closely with within the in-house cyber security team to monitor and triage security alerts alongside assist in vulnerability protection ensuring a high level of cyber protection for this scaling business. This role would suit a IT security Analyst with a couple of years commercial experience who is looking for excellent training, a clear progression pathway and scope to utilise the latest technology to deliver solutions of national significance. Working with a leading Midlands based organisation who are growing their leadership team and looking for a Head of Change to join them on a permanent basis paying c£70,000 base + great benefits. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the Projects & Change strategy and roadmap, ensuring initiatives are resourced effectively, risks are well managed, and demonstrable benefits and value for money are achieved. Experience in developing and embedding change frameworks and ensuring adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong strategic planning, organisational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, with the credibility to engage at all levels. A collaborative, adaptable, and resilient leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
