**Human Resources Generalist: Benefits Administrator &amp; Talent Acquistion Specialist****Duties:**- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes- Provide support for employee relations issues and investigations- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries- Conduct data analysis and reporting on HR metrics- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations**Skills:**- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paychex Flex, Employee Navigator and HSA/FSA Portal- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
