**Human Resources Generalist: Benefits Administrator & Talent Acquistion Specialist**
**Duties:**
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Provide support for employee relations issues and investigations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on HR metrics
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paychex Flex, Employee Navigator and HSA/FSA Portal
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
