JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Specialist: Social Media &amp; SEO ManagementDepartment: Marketing Location: Mohali, Punjab Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Time: ESTRole Overview:We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media &amp; SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of our social media and SEO strategies. This hybrid role will be responsible for growing brand awareness and engagement across key social channels, while also driving website traffic and improving organic performance through SEO practices. You&rsquo;ll manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and potentially TikTok, as well as lead our blog and search presence through on-page SEO, business listings, and content optimization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement an organic social media strategy that aligns with business goals and supports growth.</li><li>Manage a multi-platform content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and (potentially in the future) TikTok.</li><li>Create and publish engaging, brand-aligned content, including designing graphics and performing basic video editing using tools like Canva, Adobe or similar.</li><li>Monitor and manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner.</li><li>Cultivate relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.</li><li>Write and publish compelling, SEO-optimized blog articles to support key service lines and drive site traffic.</li><li>Monitor and improve the overall SEO health of our website, including meta tags, alt text, keyword performance, and internal linking.</li><li>Oversee our local business listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.) via our listings manager platform (Yext).</li><li>Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, traffic) and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and content opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of proven experience managing brand social media accounts.</li><li>2+ years of proven experience managing SEO strategy.</li><li>Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.</li><li>Proficiency in social media &amp; SEO tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush).</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
