Experience Required: Minimum 10+ Yearshashtag#KeyResponsibilities:Ensure full compliance with US RCM guidelines and healthcare regulationsConduct audits, identify process gaps, and implement corrective measuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance proceduresMaintain comprehensive documentation and support internal/external reviewsStay current with regulatory updates and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in US RCM complianceStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage complex compliance tasksThorough understanding of healthcare regulations and RCM processes
