This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a memorable dining experience for every guest.Pay Rate: $17/hourPaid TrainingDuties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a lively and positive attitude, making them feel instantly welcome</li><li>Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, updating waitlists and seating charts</li><li>Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service</li><li>Answer guest inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring all materials are accessible and presentable</li><li>Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction</li><li>Support the team during busy hours by handling guest inquiries, managing waitlists, and providing exceptional customer service</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or hospitality environments preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests and team members</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous</li><li>Experience in restaurant operations, guest services, serving, or hotel environments is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>A friendly demeanor combined with strong organizational skills to manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating memorable experiences through energetic hospitality!
