With creative cuisine, exceptional service, and breathtaking views, we are a top destination for dining, special events, and unforgettable experiences.Position Summary: We are seeking experienced, professional Host/Hostess who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a memorable guest experience. Servers at Shadows are responsible for managing all aspects of guest interaction&mdash;from greeting and seating to explaining menu items, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and escort guests to tables when needed</li><li>Present menus and explain daily specials and featured dishes</li><li>Describe ingredients, cooking methods, and preparation times confidently</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately using proper table/seat numbers</li><li>Ensure timely and proper delivery of orders to guests</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly</li><li>Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and company policies</li><li>Prepare itemized checks and accept payments</li><li>Clear and reset tables in coordination with bussers and hosts</li><li>Stock service areas with clean tableware, condiments, and supplies</li><li>Assist with opening/closing duties and daily sidework as assigned</li><li>Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with host responsibilities</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards</li><li>Wear proper PPE when required and maintain a clean, professional appearance</li><li>Work cooperatively with all FOH and BOH team members</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings a plus</li><li>Must be dependable, team-oriented, and well-groomed</li><li>High school diploma preferred</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Stand and walk for up to 4+ hours at a time</li><li>Move quickly and efficiently in a tight, high-energy environment</li><li>Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
