We're hiring an Event Setup Lead / Driver to support warehouse operations, deliver rental equipment, lead installation crews, and represent our company professionally at event sites.One day you may be installing d&eacute;cor for a corporate gala, the next you're setting up a themed event, sporting event, convention, or private celebration. Our team transforms empty spaces into unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work to help make it happen.If you're reliable, enjoy physical work, like working with a team, and want more than just another warehouse job, we'd love to meet you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely handle fragile, oversized, or specialty items</li><li>Drive company delivery trucks (16&rsquo;&ndash;24&rsquo;) to event venues</li><li>Ensure props and d&eacute;cor arrive safely and on schedule</li><li>Serve as a professional point of contact for clients during deliveries and setups</li><li>Lead or assist with event setup, installation, and teardown of props and d&eacute;cor</li><li>Help manage and coordinate crew members during event setups</li><li>Inspect props for damage or wear and report issues</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and truck environment</li><li>Support customer pickups and returns as needed while in the warehouse</li><li>Follow company procedures and safety guidelines</li><li>Undertake additional warehouse duties or other departmental projects</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid Texas Driver&rsquo;s License required</li><li>Previous warehouse, moving, or event setup experience preferred but not required</li><li>Experience driving 16&rsquo;&ndash;24&rsquo; trucks preferred</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious</li><li>Intermediate/Advanced English communication skills (reading/writing/ speaking) required</li><li>Strong customer service skills and professionalism with clients</li><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours when required</li><li>No criminal history related to theft</li><li>Spanish language skills are a plus</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements<ul><li>Warehouse setting with varying temperatures</li><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving heavy props</li><li>Regular loading and unloading of trucks</li><li>Event venue environments that may require setup outdoors or in large event spaces</li><li>Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines</li><li>Position may require overtime during peak event periods</li><li>Schedule: Varies Event Schedules; nights and weekends may be required</li></ul>Reports To: Director of Operations (as well as Operations Mgr. and Assist. Ops. Mgr.)
