Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Designing Creative Assets: Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Branding: Ensure that all designs align with the client's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.</li><li>Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Image Editing: Edit and enhance images for various digital platforms, including retouching and resizing.</li><li>Typography: Select and apply appropriate fonts to enhance the overall design.</li><li>Feedback: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve designs.</li><li>Create high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms, advertisements, social media, and presentations.</li><li>Edit and enhance videos by adding effects, animations, transitions, and other elements.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals.</li><li>Work on various multimedia projects including animations, logo reveals, explainer videos, and promotional materials.</li><li>Ensure consistency and high quality in all visual elements and maintain brand identity.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and video editing.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>1-3 years of experience in motion graphics design and Graphic Designing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.</li><li>Strong video editing skills, including color correction, sound design, and pacing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.</li><li>Solid understanding of motion design principles, typography, and composition.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Experience working with a variety of clients and industries is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your Expected CTC?</li><li>What is your Notice Period?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Motion graphics: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Graphic Designing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
