Send us your resume&mdash;and if you have a favorite shake experience, tell us about it!Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Taking window and togo order along with preparing items for the service window.</li><li>Prepare and produce a variety of shake and dessert orders according to recipes.</li><li>Operate shake machines safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to food safety standards.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting flavors and serving ice cream with positivity and enthusiasm.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system.</li><li>Comunicate with your leads about inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.ves patrons by introducing self in a positive and friendly manner.</li><li>Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.</li><li>Maintains guest experience with an enthusiastic attitude.</li><li>Keeping window bar top and patio clean and free of debris</li><li>Help Team members to Prepare dining room and Patio for dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.</li><li>Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.</li><li>Full knowloge of menus to help our guest to select food and beverages by suggesting specialties and answering food preparation questions.</li><li>Use of the POS</li><li>All Team Members help to run food from the kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.</li><li>Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.</li><li>Taking Payments and making accurate Change</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $6.75 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
