Shake Barista Cashier

Stephen Anthony's, New Shake & Shanty Seafood and Bar in Marlboro Ma. is looking for energetic, outgoing staff members to make our signature candy freak shakes, ice cream shakes, dessert sundaes along with togo orders in our new concept.

Previous experience in a ice cream shop, coffee house, or similar beverage-focused role is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

Must haves:

A passion for great flavors, presentation, and customer service.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Attention to detail—because the little touches make all the difference.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking window and togo order along with preparing items for the service window.
  • Prepare and produce a variety of shake and dessert orders according to recipes.
  • Operate shake machines safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist customers in selecting flavors and serving ice cream with positivity and enthusiasm.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system.
  • Comunicate with your leads about inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.ves patrons by introducing self in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintains guest experience with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Keeping window bar top and patio clean and free of debris
  • Help Team members to Prepare dining room and Patio for dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Full knowloge of menus to help our guest to select food and beverages by suggesting specialties and answering food preparation questions.
  • Use of the POS
  • All Team Members help to run food from the kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
  • Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.
  • Taking Payments and making accurate Change

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.75 - $15.00 per hour
