This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your caregiving skills in a dynamic setting focused on early childhood education and personal development.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times</li><li>Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, behavior management, and social skills</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for infants and toddlers</li><li>Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster early childhood education and classroom experience</li><li>Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary</li><li>Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate progress and address individual needs or concerns</li><li>Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized caregiving to meet their unique requirements</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques</li><li>Hands-on experience with infant care and toddler care routines</li><li>Classroom experience or early childhood education background is advantageous</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required if not already certified</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities</li><li>Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively</li></ul>Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive!
