Staff Nurse Homecare (Male Staff Required)

Position Title &amp; Designation:- Night MOD Basic Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline preferably in Medical or Hospital Management stream.Minimum Experience:- 4-6 yearsKey Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office, Billing, Housekeeping, F&amp;B, Maintenance department, making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the hospital policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where ever needed</li><li>To maintain the team, ensuring that skills and standards are trained, demonstrated and maintained throughout the team.</li><li>Take a complete facility round every day.</li><li>Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift (HK, F&amp;B, Attendants, Maintenance, and Security, billing, pharmacy and Front office).</li><li>Inform all Overnight staff of night activities, new patients and VIP patient&rsquo;s arrivals</li><li>Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times in the hospital.</li><li>Accompanying seniors/authority on daily hospital rounds.</li><li>To ensure that patient needs are anticipated and all requests are attended.Handle, Follow up and communicate any comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant HODs or manager if unable to handle.</li><li>Ensuring public areas, patient care areas are kept clean and tidy.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing in-charge and doctors to manage the daily operation or the assigned service area to ensure its smooth running daily.</li><li>Monitoring and checking the line of work for doctors and nursing staff.</li><li>Any material / Equipment movement from or in the hospital should be routed through MOD, with his signature on gate pass in absence of unit head.</li><li>Responsible for managing and transferring equipment's across units.</li><li>Coordinating for the pickups and drops of international patients.</li><li>Making HR department aware about any disciplinary action in the hospital.</li><li>Escalating any serious issue to the management.</li><li>Ensure hospital HR policies and procedures are developed and implemented within good practice standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,057.56 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
