Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment and Care Planning:
• Regularly assess patients' needs, including physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient's progress and make adjustments to the care plan as needed.
• Medication Management:
• Administer prescribed medications, ensuring correct dosage and timing.
• Educate patients and families on medication administration and potential side effects.
