The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic growth, manage teams, and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.</li><li>Manage on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking.</li><li>Oversee technical SEO aspects such as site audits, page speed optimization, crawlability, and indexing.</li><li>Plan and execute off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach strategies.</li><li>Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed SEO reports with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate with content, web, and performance marketing teams to align SEO goals.</li><li>Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely delivery of results.</li><li>Lead, guide, and review the work of SEO executives or team members.</li><li>Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools.</li><li>Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.</li><li>Strong communication and client-handling skills.</li><li>Experience in team management is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
