Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

Shamoor Media Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and manage search engine optimization strategies across multiple client and in-house projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic growth, manage teams, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Manage on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking.
• Oversee technical SEO aspects such as site audits, page speed optimization, crawlability, and indexing.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach strategies.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Prepare and present detailed SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with content, web, and performance marketing teams to align SEO goals.
• Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Lead, guide, and review the work of SEO executives or team members.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in team management is a plus.
