1. Invoice Management<ul><li>Generate and send customer invoices according to agreed schedules.</li><li>Ensure invoices are accurate and align with contract terms.</li></ul>2. Receivables Ledger Maintenance<ul><li>Record invoices and customer payments in the receivables ledger.</li><li>Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers as necessary.</li></ul>3. Reconciliation<ul><li>Reconcile receivables ledgers with bank statements and other financial records.</li><li>Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.</li></ul>4. Payment Processing<ul><li>Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments.</li><li>Prepare payment reports and analysis for management.</li></ul>5. General Accounting Support<ul><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Support the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.</li><li>Contribute to audit processes and tax filings as required.</li></ul>6. Internal Controls and Compliance<ul><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as accounting standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.</li></ul>7. Communication and Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the finance team, customer service, and sales teams to ensure seamless financial operations.</li><li>Communicate with customers to address billing queries and resolve payment issues.</li></ul>8.
