If you&rsquo;re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is the perfect role to grow your career in landscaping!Duties<ul><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers to complete daily tasks efficiently</li><li>Support landscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape materials like pavers, big stones, and installing mulch/rock</li><li>Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety</li><li>Help with snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and visitors,</li><li>Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Follow safety protocols at all times while working with landscape tools, trimming and edging lawns, and maintaining zero turn mowers</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous experience in using a ride-on mower, or using a stand on mower</li><li>Experience with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, trimming</li><li>Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques for gardens, lawns, trees, and shrubs</li><li>Ability to use hand tools effectively for planting, pruning, digging or installing hardscape features</li><li>Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining landscapes and equipment</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards</li></ul>This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to develop their skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
