We are looking for a Warranty Manager/Administrator for the Service Department of our fast paced trucking company. We have a fleet of over 650 pieces of Transportation and Mining Equipment. With a very competitive industry, we strive to maintain a modern and reliable fleet. Operating late model equipment allows us to perform our own warranty repair in house and manage those that are done at dealerships as well.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage large amounts of potential warranty repairs</li><li>Identify and assess repairs that can be covered under warranty</li><li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with dealerships and vendors through open and interactive communication</li><li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li><li>Meet personal/dealership quotas</li><li>Handle many types of warranty processes and procedures</li><li>Keep records of many different items within our repair facilities needs</li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Data entry and record keeping</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening</li><li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>High school degree</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $700.00 - $900.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
