The ideal candidate will have experience in handling export documentation, coordinating with international buyers, and ensuring the seamless execution of orders. This role requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of international trade regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Order Management &amp; Coordination:</li><li>Manage export orders from inquiry to shipment.</li><li>Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely order execution and delivery.</li><li>Buyer Communication:</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between international buyers and the company.</li><li>Maintain strong business relationships with clients and address queries efficiently.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Product Development &amp; Sampling:</li><li>Develop samples as per buyer specifications.</li><li>Ensure quality control and approval before mass production.</li><li>Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams.</li><li>Export Documentation &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Prepare necessary export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, LC Documents, Certificates of Origin, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.</li><li>Manage logistics and freight forwarding for smooth shipment processing.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Supplier Management:</li><li>Work closely with suppliers to source materials at the best prices.</li><li>Monitor production timelines and resolve supply chain issues.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Trend Analysis:</li><li>Stay updated with global market trends and competitor strategies.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of foreign languages (e.g., French, Spanish, or Chinese) is an advantage.</li></ul>Work Conditions:<ul><li>Travel may be required for buyer meetings or factory visits.</li><li>Flexible working hours based on international client time zones.</li></ul>If you are passionate about export merchandising and have experience in international trade, we would love to hear from you!
