Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
  • Generate export sales leads through trade portals, exhibitions, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.
  • Prepare and present export quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, LC documents, etc.).
  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage international clients across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (if required).
