Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Generate export sales leads through trade portals, exhibitions, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.
- Prepare and present export quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, LC documents, etc.).
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage international clients across different time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (if required).
