Executive Export Sales Support

We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive – Export Sales Support to join our dynamic commercial team in Karachi. If you have the experience, market insight, and ambition to build strong customer relationships and drive growth, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prompt response to customer queries over emails and telephone.
  • Attend customers in the absence of outdoor sales while they are out for a sales visit.
  • Refer customer queries to the outdoor sales team for new clients.
  • Attend haulage queries and verification of ONC + Inland surcharge:
  • Process FOB acceptance from counterparts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Periodically review workflow of their section and suggest improvements to their supervisors.
  • Oversee smooth operation of their area in the absence of their team leaders.
  • Propose solutions to customer complaints to their managers to remove bottlenecks and Improve customer centricity.
  • Actively audit rates ensuring they are not filed other than those approved by the principal office.
  • Independently resolve customer/counterpart office colleagues/principal office colleagues' queries in respect of their specific assigned tasks.
  • Prepare daily projections for IPAK vessels (including any additional vessels).
  • Prepare a reefer report with plug-in charges after each vessel sailing and keep data in a master file.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with outdoor sales for submission of Cargo booking Forecast
  • Assist with data for the preparation of monthly Agency KPI Report
  • Arrange Undertaking/LOI when the benchmark for the number of TEUs is less than the required criteria.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Export Reefer costs.
  • Update in local application waivers granted and coordinate with the finance department for re-invoicing
  • Analyze sales data to Identity trends and provide Insights to the sales team.
  • Prepare and present statistical reports on sector performance, supplier activities, and export movements.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients, addressing their needs and providing updates in the absence of the sales team.
  • Utilize internal systems like OVA and CRM to manage diet information and sales data effectively
  • Leverage Microsoft Office products to create detailed reports and presentations


Experience & Qualification:

  • Minimum education should be a Business Graduate ,
  • 2 years’ work experience with a minimum of 1 year in the Shipping Industry.
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with internal systems like OVA and CRM .

  • Strong market knowledge and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Familiarity in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) with solid pipeline management and forecasting experience.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of supporting team goals while driving individual performance.
