About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically-minded Business Development Executive to join our food ingredients division. You will be the vital link between our innovative food solutions and B2B clients, including manufacturers, food processors, and distributors. This role is perfect for a fresh Food Technologist who wants to blend scientific knowledge with commercial understanding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• 0-6 months of experience in sales or business development within the Food, FMCG, or Ingredient industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to understand and explain the technical specifications, functionality, and applications of food ingredients (e.g., stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavors, fortificants).
• Capability to conduct Market Research to identify trends and contribute to product design/application development for target industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional handling of client inquiries via email/phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end B2B client interactions (food manufacturers, traders, R&D teams) via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to build lasting relationships.
• Explain technical details, food safety certifications, formulations, and regulatory compliance of our ingredient portfolio.
• Serve as the key client coordinator with internal logistics, supply chain, and accounts departments.
• Track food industry trends, competitor products, and emerging consumer demands.
• Conduct Market Research and Product Design ideation to target specific food and beverage manufacturing segments.
