About the Role:

Brand Revam is looking for a professional Automation Upwork Bidder who can generate quality leads and close projects related to industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, robotics, and smart manufacturing on Upwork. This role requires strong sales skills, technical understanding, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify automation-related projects on Upwork.
Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client needs.
Communicate with international clients via Upwork chat and calls.
Qualify leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Maintain strong response rate and profile performance.
Coordinate with automation engineers and project managers.
Track bids, leads, and conversions on a daily basis.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder.
Strong understanding of Automation, PLC, SCADA, Robotics, HMI, and Control Systems.
Excellent English communication and sales skills.
Target-driven mindset with closing ability.
Ability to work onsite in Karachi.
