Job Description – Sales Executive
We are looking for a competitive and self-motivated Sales Executive to help expand our business activities and client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships (especially with banks and financial institutions), negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media
- Generate leads and business from banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporate clients
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and handle client objections or complaints
- Maintain and update client records and sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall performance
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (banking / corporate sales preferred)
- Must have own bike for field visits
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank officials and corporate decision-makers
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Office
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
