Call Center Representative - Night Shift

Shift: Night Shift (7pm - 4am) (Mon-fri)

Job Overview

We are seeking confident and fluent English-speaking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team in Karachi. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients in the United States and scheduling appointments for accounting and financial services.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable speaking with US-based clients and can professionally represent our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to USA-based prospects and businesses
• Introduce accounting and financial services in a clear and professional manner
• Qualify leads and set appointments for senior consultants
• Maintain accurate call records and appointment details in CRM
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking skills (Neutral or American accent preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Previous call center or telemarketing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
• Experience handling USA campaigns
• Background knowledge of accounting or financial services (a plus but not required)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
