Job Title: Customer Service Representative - US Healthcare
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering the Inbound Calls from Patients and others
- Transfer/route the calls to the relevant department or representative
- Respond to the queries on which training or information already provided
- Start supporting appointment management after the due training
- Perform Outbound/Outreach calls to book/confirm follow-up appointments
- Patient Engagement & Upselling
- Maintain Call Logs and Documentation
- Ensure Call Etiquettes & Compliance
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in US-based customer service or US BPO processes
- Healthcare BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Prior experience handling US customers via inbound & outbound calling
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken English with neutral or US-friendly accent
- Strong customer handling and call etiquette
- Comfortable working with US time zones
- Basic computer skills (CRM, call tools, email, data entry)
