Customer Service Representative - US Healthcare

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - US Healthcare
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering the Inbound Calls from Patients and others
  • Transfer/route the calls to the relevant department or representative
  • Respond to the queries on which training or information already provided
  • Start supporting appointment management after the due training
  • Perform Outbound/Outreach calls to book/confirm follow-up appointments
  • Patient Engagement & Upselling
  • Maintain Call Logs and Documentation
  • Ensure Call Etiquettes & Compliance

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in US-based customer service or US BPO processes
  • Healthcare BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Prior experience handling US customers via inbound & outbound calling

Skills Required

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral or US-friendly accent
  • Strong customer handling and call etiquette
  • Comfortable working with US time zones
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, call tools, email, data entry)
